David & Gillian Moore, Directors of Crystal Catering each have over 30 years experience in the catering industry & have been qualified food hygiene trainers for many years.
The course will take one day which includes the multi-
choice question paper.
If you work in a kitchen environment this course covers the essential requirements, giving an appreciation of good food hygiene practice.
Training in a friendly, informative environment, including lunch & refreshments throughout the day.
